A Prayer For The Children

Friends, I am changing this site to include all four children, Taylor and her siblings.  The past is the past and we have put all the court fights and pain behind us.  I made this site when I first lost Taylor.  God has put her and her siblings back into my life and I am thankful for it.  Debbie is taking wonderful care of them, they are God's greatest gifts to man.  So from now on this site is dedicated to the children in my life, related or non-related.  I thank God for every chance I get to touch a life with love and encouragement.  Thanks for visiting my site.

Dear Friends,

There are many people in my life and among them are some very special young ones.  The children in my life range from 19 to newborn and that is a lot of range.  Each time I up date this site I will introduce you to a new person in my life and you will see why they are so special to me.  I will also try to update you on my Dad and my siblings.  This time I will introduce you to Cynthia.  Cynthia is 16 and beautiful.  She is very smart and a great kid.  She is also my niece.  Cynthia will be going to college this fall to be a radiology technician.  We are very proud of her.  Cynthia has a heroic side to her that she doesn't like people to know about, if you had seen this site 3 years ago then you will have known that she saved her Grandfather's life in a fire and carried him to safety.  She also made the call to bring the ambulance to his rescue as he was bleeding to death.  We are all thankful that God gave her that burst of strength.  She is a tiny young woman, here is a new picture of her, just taken this month..

Immediate Family Update:

My father is now the sole survivor of his family.  I feel very bad that I have not updated this part at least, but things have been hard for me to deal with. My aunt Margie passed away in May of last year, just a couple of months after we lost aunt Genia.  It has been very hard on all of the family especially on Dad.  He will turn 85 in December and he is not doing as well as we had hoped.  God is with him I know and that helps us all.  His health is doing pretty good, but he seems to slip back into days gone by more and more.  My heart yearns for the days when he was strong and full of life.  He is not very active right now, but he is getting out this summer to go fishing with some friends of mine and that will do him good.  Jamie has been diagnosed with a Raynaud's disease.  It leaves her very tired and depressed, she has problems with circulation and will soon be seeing a specialist in Kansas City.  As for me, the divorce between Bob and I is going well.  We are on friendly terms and intend on keeping it that way.  We have plans to go biking together with Taylor, Dalton and Sierra.  I enjoy the time we spend together now it is really a different feeling  than in the past.  Well, the last thing I want to tell you all is that Summer is here so go out and enjoy life with the kids around you, they deserve to have some attention!!! PEACE, LOVE and HAPPINESS
